PRAY
Ministry without prayer is powerless, devoid of God's presence. Your prayer support is highly valued by all of us at Wycliffe.
We would appreciate if you could commit yourself, your cell group or church to pray regularly for us.
You may wish to receive the “Traveller’s Palm” for monthly updates on our members.
The prayer letters are sent out before the start of the following month. Let us know if you prefer a hard copy or a soft copy. Sign up here.
SERVE
Career Service
Wycliffe has two broad categories of ministry: language work and support work.
You like learning languages, analysing grammatical structures and making dictionaries? Bible translation just might be up your street. More than 2,000 languages have no Scripture - not even a portion of God's Word. Would you respond to this need?
If you like teaching, then literacy may be right for you. You get to develop a curriculum, teach and help develop the writing system for a people group without their language in written form.
Lastly, but not any less important, support personnel are also needed. If you have professional skills in IT, accounting, management, communications, teaching, consider serving the Lord with your gift.
Or maybe you would like a holiday with a difference? Do you have technical skills such as carpentry, auto and aircraft mechanics, or driving a truck? You could consider serving on a project basis to fulfil a specific need on the mission field for a short period.
Ministry personnel needed
When Wycliffe speaks about Bible translation, we don't just need Bible translators. By themselves they can't do the job! To see God's Word in people's hands so that they can be discipled and grow, the ministry needs all kinds of people!

Internship
Many students from the campuses in Singapore have given their time as interns with us. Perhaps your course requires practical work experience for graduation purposes. Whether you are an IT student or a Bible college student, come join us as an intern to test the waters and see what Wycliffe is like. You could also take a trip to a field location just to observe and listen to what God may be telling you. Do join us if you are open to new adventures with the Lord!
GIVE
As an expression of our thanks to God, believers are called to give generously and freely. One way of getting involved in missions is to participate in the financial support for mission agencies and missionaries.
At Wycliffe, we depend on the financial support of partners who want to be the vital link to our work both in Singapore and overseas. We ask that you prayerfully consider what the Lord could be leading you to do in terms of financial support for Wycliffe.
You may want to give towards:
